Privacy note

TrustDesk uses submitted information only to qualify, deliver, and support the questionnaire response sprint.

Data handled may include company contact details, redacted questionnaires, trust-center links, policy excerpts, SOC 2 summaries, approved boilerplate, subprocessor lists, and customer-provided evidence.

TrustDesk does not request production credentials. Do not submit passwords, unrestricted confidential records, or unredacted sensitive data unless a secure storage process is explicitly agreed.

Questionnaire answers are drafts until approved by you. TrustDesk does not submit answers externally on your behalf during the pilot.

To request deletion of submitted materials, email mara@openfabrika.com.

Forms are processed by Tally; payments are processed by Stripe. Each processes your data under its own privacy policy.
