Pilot terms

TrustDesk provides draft questionnaire-response support, evidence mapping, and reusable answer-library suggestions.

TrustDesk does not provide legal advice, security certification, audit opinions, or guarantees that any prospect, vendor, or customer will accept a response.

You are responsible for reviewing and approving every answer before external use.

The 2,000 USD pilot covers one questionnaire response sprint delivered within 3 business days after payment, scope, source materials, and the redacted questionnaire are complete.

If TrustDesk cannot draft at least 70 percent of answers from the provided source material, TrustDesk may extend the sprint or refund at its discretion.
